Attending a wedding today with a set menu of naughty food. I’m going to Zumba this morning to try and help cut some of the caloric impact from the food and drink!

100 cal omelette with baked bean patty and salad = +/- 300 cals. Plus dressing with white wine vinegar, lime juice, hot English mustard, honey, garlic and thyme.

So I didn’t realize I was having a premenstrual bloat this last week (my period isn’t really predictable). I thought my weight was just hanging on for its dear life, and then ‘shark week’ hit me and I have lost the water weight. This loss is really heartening ❤️🎉❤️

Over cooked chicken masala curry - no fat added, apart from one teaspoon fat free yogurt. 1/4 cup brown and wild rice. Total calories: 390

Not bad considering I had the bachelors over the weekend and a breakfast brunch to attend! Self control was hard, but I made it through. This weekend I’m attending the wedding - not sure that I’m THAT disciplined!
