-Removing food guilt(Everything is allowed but not everything is beneficial)
-Listening to hunger and fullness queues including
-Joyful Movement (exercising for joy and being kind to myself)
-Gentle Nutrition (eating foods that make me feel good)
2020-Lost 17kg from May to end December
In it for the long run. Slow and steady wins the race. For motivation, I try to remember the time will pass anyway and my body is counting the calories even when I'm not.
