I'm kind of small built and even 1 kg weight gain looks like a 10 kg gain because I'm not very tall - 161cm. I like to walk / jog whenever I get the chance to do so. I'm not doing great on Gluten and Yeast products. So it is a bit of a struggle to find foods with enough fibre, but must have low carbs and be without gluten / yeast. I'm trying to eat low-carb most of the time and to cut out sugar. I tried to follow a Keto diet - but I've never succeeded 100% with this, because even if I ate as little as 15 gr of total carbs per day it kicks me out of ketosis. I love music and have a passion for choirs. Being a free-lance pianist often means late nights, no free weekends and odd working hours. To be on stage or in front of a camera is a challenge to always try and look your best! Eating healthy is a lifestyle - there is NO short cuts. I love FS community - to track your weight and calories is a great way to become a better version of yourself - we all sometimes fall off the wagon! This is a wonderful platform to jump back on. You will always find people in the same boat as you are - and you'll find enough motivation to carry you through your cheats! Have a nice day FS community!
