Chicken, Broccoli, Cauliflower & Pasta Casserole

A baked casserole using fresh chicken, cooked pasta and vegetables.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil chicken breast until done and drain. When cool enough to handle, cut into small bite size pieces.
  2. In a square or round casserole dish add soup, broccoli, cauliflower, pasta and chicken and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Note: serve with a garden salad or can be frozen into portions.

I was actually thinking the same thing natalisimone, since I'm going low carb. I'm adding it on my cookbook.

I love this recipe, but don't add pasta at all. I add bread crumbs and a little bit of curry powder for taste (and lots of pepper!!)
