I've only gained 300 gr over the weekend, hopefully it'll be gone by tomorrow! I have shark week this week, but for some reason everything feels fine. I'm not bloated, not retaining water, not overly hungry! *touch wood*

This week I'll be back on track with cross fit as well, as I've been super lazy the last 3 weeks, going only once a week, instead of 3 times!

Im with you Kimmy321...I would give my eye teeth, to only be up by 300g after a weekend. If you don't mind me asking do you have a bit of "tipple" in that time.

LowCarbFemmeFit I don't have any alcohol on weekends. The last time I drank was the long weekend in September. I also just about never have takeaways. That is what gets to me. If I drank I could understand the gain lol

lol..alcohol and carbs are generally what cause a "crazy" gain for me. Luckily if I behave it comes off quickly but jeesh Louise I still get a fright!

I get a fright to, my gain is normally from carbs on a weekend.

I hear you. It's just water weight but sometimes it really jumps eh. Weekends are so full of temptations. UGH!
