Sooo...I ended up not having the frittata. Yay me! But I forgot to add flaxseeds to my smoothie. It was still delicious, just not as thick as I'd have liked. Anyway, I've been dying for some properly made guacamole, so I made some. And ate it with the last of the corn chips. It was yum! Managed to make a coleslaw with one spoon of mayo and yoghurt - I amazed myself lol! All in all, managed to stay within my macros and within the lesser calories I'm trying out. I feel full but not like yesterday. Tomorrow's going to be tricky, but I'm sure I can make it work.
