I've really battled with my weight over the last 5 years. From being mostly skinny all my life, I packed on 30kg in five years - I've done every test, been to dieticians, endocrinologists, had personal trainers... It has become incredibly depressing.
I currently exercise 5 times a week (kettlebells)... and am planning on following the 5:2 fast diet to see if I can maybe push my metabolism back up.
